Individual Viewer Controls
- Post ID: internal row ID from
[Work].[LinkedIn].[Job Postings]; loads one exact posting in the viewer. - Suggestions: aided Post ID selector; labels combine Post ID, company, job title, and LinkedIn ID.
- Filter Suggestions: narrows the suggestion list by company, job title, or LinkedIn ID.
- Go: loads the selected or typed Post ID.
Individual Viewer Fields
- Job Title: title shown on the LinkedIn posting.
- Company: posting company from
[Job Postings], enriched with logo and LinkedIn company link from[Company Live View]. - Job App ID: matching
[Job Application].[Job Application ID]linked from[Job Postings].[Job Application ID]; blank/no-match when no application page row is linked. - Application Status: latest status from
[Finished Applications], matched by posting ID, apply URL, then LinkedIn ID. - Post ID: internal posting row ID from
[Job Postings]. - LinkedIn ID: LinkedIn's job identifier from the source posting.
- Location: cleaned display location from the linked application page when available, otherwise the LinkedIn posting location, otherwise
Not Listed. - Workplace: cleaned workplace type from the linked application page when available, otherwise the posting workplace type: Remote, Hybrid, On-site, or
Not Listed. - Posted Date: stored posting/reposting estimate from
[Posted Age Date]; shown asyyyy-mm-ddorNo Posted Date. - Easy Apply: whether LinkedIn marked the posting as Easy Apply.
- Source Search: LinkedIn search/feed context that produced the posting.
- Apply URL: external application URL captured from the posting, shown as a full hyperlink when present.
- Source URL: LinkedIn job-post URL, shown as a full hyperlink when present.
- Posting Details: long posting text fields from
[Job Postings], including job description, responsibilities, qualifications, requirements, benefits, compensation, tools/systems, company/role context, work authorization, and poster-added requirements when present.
Live Table Controls And Filters
- Row Count: current page range and matching row count after filters.
- Last Refresh: local time when the live table last refreshed.
- Rows: number of table rows shown per page.
- Sort: selected ordering for the table rows.
- Page Controls: first, previous, page number, next, and last navigation for paged results.
- Refresh: manually reloads the live table from SQL.
- Search All Fields: broad search across the posting fields returned by the API.
- Post ID: aided exact filter for
[Job Postings].[Job Posting ID]. - LinkedIn ID: aided exact filter for the LinkedIn job identifier.
- Job App ID: aided exact filter for the linked job application row.
- Application Status: exact status filter from the latest matched finished-application row.
- Job Title: exact job-title dropdown filter.
- Company: logo-assisted exact company filter.
- Location: exact cleaned location filter.
- Workplace: exact workplace-type filter.
- Posted Date: exact posted-date filter;
No Posted Datecovers rows with no stored date. - Easy: exact Easy Apply yes/no filter.
Live Table Columns
- Post ID / LinkedIn ID: internal posting row ID over LinkedIn's job identifier.
- Job App ID / Application Status: linked job-application row over the latest matched application status.
- Job Title: LinkedIn posting title; links to the LinkedIn job post when the source URL is available.
- Company: company logo over company name; links to the LinkedIn company page when available.
- Location / Workplace: cleaned display location over workplace type.
- Posted Date / Easy: stored posted-date estimate over Easy Apply yes/no.
