Fields in This Category
Parent Unit
The immediate higher organization under which the unit is placed in this record.
Subordinate Unit Count
The number of recognized subordinate unit records currently connected beneath this unit.
Organic Composition
The people or subordinate organizations that belong to the unit by its normal design rather than by a temporary assignment.
Assigned Composition
Organizations or personnel formally assigned to the unit even though they may not be organic to its standard structure.
Attached Composition
Organizations temporarily placed with the unit for support, control, or a particular mission.
Authorized Personnel
The number of positions the unit is officially designed or permitted to have.
Assigned Personnel
The documented number of people actually assigned to the unit at a particular time.
Authorized Equipment
The equipment the unit is officially structured or authorized to possess.
